Regulations (Propositions):
Caricature Section:
- Only original works accepted
- Format: Minimum A4 (210x297mm), Maximum A3 (297x420mm)
- Free technique (including digital art)
- May be submitted by post or via email (JPG format, 300 dpi, max 4MB)
- Selected artists must send the original artworks
- Digital works must be printed, signed, marked as No.1, and sent via post
- One author may apply using only one code
Written Form Section:
- Maximum two typed pages OR up to 20 aphorisms
- Submissions must be unpublished
- Must be submitted via postal mail only, in three printed copies, under a code
- A short biography, address, phone number, and email are required
Awards:
Caricature:
- Golden Helmet Plaque + €600
- Solo Exhibition in 2025
Written Form:
- Golden Helmet Plaque + €400
- Special Award “Rade Brka” – €200
Note: Only one main award per category will be granted.

Jury Decision Announcement:
February 15, 2026
Award Ceremony:
April 1, 2026 – Closing night of the Festival
