International Festival of Underwater Photography, Films & Cartoon Humor 2026 – Czechia

The International Festival of Underwater Photography, Films, Cartoon Humor and Children’s Artwork (PAF Tachov 2026) invites artists from around the world to participate in one of Europe’s most distinctive underwater art events.

The festival is open to both amateurs and professionals. Submitted works must not have previously participated in PAF Tachov in any category.

Cartoon Humor Competition Category

The Cartoon Humor category focuses on humor related to diving above and under water. This category is announced in cooperation with the magazine Tapír.

Submission Guidelines

• Format: JPG or PNG
• Size: A4 or A3
• Resolution: 300 DPI
• File naming:firstname_lastname_01, firstname_lastname_02, etc.
• Include your name and full contact details in the email
• No application form required
