The organizers of the 17th International Tourism Cartoon Contest have officially announced the winners of this year’s competition, held under the theme:
“Şanlıurfa: A Century in Every Step, A Secret in Every Century.”
The contest attracted significant international interest, receiving 570 cartoons created by 337 artists from 48 countries. After evaluating all submissions, the international jury selected the award-winning artists in both the Adult and Youth categories.

The competition once again highlighted the universal language of cartoon art and its power to promote tourism, culture, and intercultural dialogue. The selected works reflected both artistic creativity and the rich historical and cultural heritage of Şanlıurfa, one of Türkiye’s most remarkable cities.
The Award Ceremony is scheduled to take place in Autumn 2026 in Şanlıurfa, Türkiye, bringing together cartoonists, cultural representatives, and art enthusiasts from different parts of the world.
The International Tourism Cartoon Contest has become one of Türkiye’s important international cartoon events, encouraging artists to interpret tourism and cultural values through humor and visual storytelling while strengthening cultural exchange between nations.
