Call for Entries: 11th International Animalcartoon Contest 2026 – Serbia

Are you a cartoonist with a passion for our furry, feathered, or four-legged friends? The 11th International Contest Animalcartoon 2026 is officially open for submissions! Organized by the Animalcartoon Portal, Informatika Belgrade, and the Belgrade Zoological Garden, this year’s theme celebrates “Domestic Animals.”

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent on an international stage and have your work exhibited in the historic Belgrade Zoo.

Prizes and Recognition

The jury will select winners for the following cash prizes:

• First Prize: €300 (Net)
• Second Prize: €200 (Net)
• Third Prize: €150 (Net)
• Special Prize “Lazo Sredanović Dikan”: €200 (Exclusive to Serbian cartoonists).
• Diplomas: 10 honorable mentions will be awarded.

Submission Requirements (Strict Guidelines)

To ensure your entry is accepted, please follow these technical specifications:

1. Quantity: Up to 5 original, previously unawarded artworks.
2. Format: JPEG or TIFF (A4 size, 300 dpi). Note: PNG files are NOT accepted.
3. File Size: Maximum 3 MB per artwork.
4. Documents: Include your name, address, email, a photo of yourself, and a brief CV in .doc format (PDF is not accepted).
5. No Compression: Do not send ZIP or RAR files.

How to Enter

Send your entries directly to info@animalcartoon.net. Selected works will be published immediately on the Animalcartoon portal and exhibited starting October 2, 2026, at the Belgrade Zoo.
