2026 Sejong International Cartoon Contest Opens with “Robots and Humans” Theme
2026 Sejong International Cartoon Contest (SICACO) is open for entries under the theme “Robots and Humans.”
Entries are open for the 2026 Sejong International Cartoon Contest (SICACO) in South Korea, with “Robots and Humans” announced as this year’s theme.
Organized by Sejong Technopark, the competition is open to participants from around the world, with no age restriction.
The competition is for single-panel cartoons. Works must be A3 size or smaller and submitted as JPG files with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Each participant may submit up to three works. According to the official call, original hand-drawn works and works created using digital devices are accepted.
Participants must submit an application form together with their cartoon files. Entries can be sent by email to webtoon.SJ@gmail.com or by post to the SICACO office at Sejong Technopark.
