17. OSCARfest Osor 2025 Results Announced: Celebrities on a Desert Island!

The 17th OSCARfest International Cartoon Exhibition, held in the historic town of Osor, Croatia, has once again brought together the world’s most creative cartoonists. This year’s theme, “Famous Persons on a Desert Island,” inspired a unique blend of reality and fiction, turning the isolated island concept into a stage for world-renowned icons.

The Theme: Where Reality Meets Satire

From politics to cinema, the 2025 exhibition showcased legendary figures like Charlie Chaplin, Marilyn Monroe, and modern-day politicians trapped on a desert island. Each artist used their unique style to portray how these famous personalities would handle solitude and survival, resulting in a brilliant collection of visual humor.

Winners of OSCARfest 2025

The jury evaluated hundreds of entries to select the “Top 100” list. The top honors were awarded to:

• 1st Prize: Mladen Oljača (Serbia)
• 2nd Prize: Tao Liu (China)
• 3rd Prize: Tin Horvat (Croatia)
