Satyrykon – Legnica 2026: Winners of the Prestigious International Cartoon Exhibition Announced

The world of satirical art has its eyes on Poland once again! The jury of the International Cartoon Exhibition SATYRYKON – Legnica 2026 has officially unveiled the winners of this year’s competition. Known as one of the most respected global events for cartoonists, Satyrykon continues to push the boundaries of visual humor and social commentary.

The Jury’s Challenge: 3,575 Masterpieces

Meeting in Legnica on March 13, 2026, the international jury—chaired by Anita Wincencjusz-Patyna (Poland)—faced the monumental task of evaluating 3,575 artworks submitted by 1,052 artists representing 62 countries. The diverse panel included experts from Belgium, France, Turkey, and Poland, ensuring a global perspective on every stroke and punchline.


🏆 The Grand Prix: Daniel Krysta

The highest honor of the exhibition, the Grand Prix SATYRYKONU 2026 (along with a 12,000 PLN prize), was awarded to Daniel Krysta from Poland. His work stood out for its exceptional artistic quality and sharp satirical edge.

This year’s thematic category explored the psychological and social layers of our “Comfort Zones.”
