📜 Contest Regulations:
- The contest is open to artists worldwide, both professionals and amateurs.
- Theme: “Choice” – artists are free to interpret it creatively.
- Only original works created after January 1st, 2025 are accepted. They must not have been published, submitted, or awarded in any other competition.
- Each participant may submit two (2) cartoons.
- Works must be submitted no later than July 8, 2025.
- Accepted formats:– By email: JPG format, minimum resolution 1600 x 1200 pixels.– By post: paper format A3 or A4.– Technique is at the artist’s discretion.
- Submitted works will not be returned and will remain in the festival’s collection. Organizers may use them with credit to the artist.
- Each entry must be accompanied by:– A completed entry form (see below)– A short biography– A personal photo or cartoon self-portrait
- Winners will be announced online by July 17, 2025. Diplomas will be sent by email; cash prizes will be transferred via bank.
- No entry fee is required.
- The 1st Prize Winner will be invited to join the jury (voluntarily) in the next edition.

- 🥉 3rd Prize: €200
- 🎖 “George Gavrilean” Prize for Debutants in Bucovina: €200
🧒 Prizes – Youth (Under 18):
- 🥇 1st Prize: €100
- 🥈 2nd Prize: €50
- 🥉 3rd Prize: €25
