The Organizing Committee of the 58th World Gallery of Cartoons, Skopje 2026 has announced the official selection for this year’s edition of one of the world’s most respected international cartoon competitions.
A total of 988 cartoons submitted by 261 cartoonists from 58 countries were evaluated by the Selection Committee. Following the selection process, 130 cartoons by 130 cartoonists have advanced to the final stage, where they will be judged by the International Jury. The official award winners are expected to be announced in September 2026.
The 2026 selection features artists representing countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, North America and South America, reflecting the international character of the exhibition.
