Selected Cartoonists Announced for the International Milk Humor Art Exhibition 2026 in China

The organizers of the International Milk Humor Art Exhibition 2026 have revealed the list of artists selected for this year’s exhibition, which forms part of the 7th Beijing Milk Culture Festival in China.

The festival opened on 29 May 2026 at Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science Park in Beijing under the theme “Wisdom in the Future, Harmony in Everything, Joy in the New Life.” Organized in conjunction with World Milk Day and International Children’s Day, the event celebrates milk culture through humor, creativity, and visual arts.

According to the organizing committee, nearly 3,600 artworks from 43 countries and regions were submitted to the exhibition. Following the jury evaluation process, more than 150 outstanding works were selected for display. The selected artworks explore the relationship between milk and everyday life while highlighting themes such as nutrition, family, childhood, rural development, sustainability, and modern lifestyles.

The exhibition brings together artists from across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, demonstrating the universal appeal of cartoon art as a medium for cultural dialogue. Through humor and visual storytelling, participants present diverse perspectives on the role of milk in contemporary society and its place in human culture.

Among the selected artists are cartoonists from China, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and the United Kingdom. The international selection reflects the growing global reputation of the International Milk Humor Art Exhibition as a platform that connects artists from different cultures through creativity and humor.
