Selected Artists Announced for MONDIALEXTE’26 International Caricature Contest in Italy

The organizing committee of EXTEMPORAMNIA’26 has officially announced the artists selected for the final stage of MONDIALEXTE’26, the International Caricature Contest held as part of the EXTEMPORAMNIA International Festival in Teramo, Italy.

The selected artists will compete for the festival’s awards, with the winners to be announced during the official EXTEMPORAMNIA’26 Awards Ceremony on 28 June 2026 in the historic center of Teramo.

As part of the festival program, all selected artworks will be exhibited during the Teramo Extemporaneous Painting Festival, giving visitors the opportunity to discover a diverse collection of contemporary caricature art from around the world.

In addition, every selected work will be published in the official EXTE’26 Art Catalog, preserving the participating artists’ creations in the festival’s official publication. The organizing committee also confirmed that all participating artists will receive a digital certificate of participation in recognition of their contribution to the international competition.

The announcement highlights the international nature of MONDIALEXTE’26, bringing together artists from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. The finalists’ exhibition and the awards ceremony will mark the conclusion of this year’s edition of the festival in Teramo.
