The competition is open to everyone globally, with entries judged in two distinct age groups:
- 21 & Under
- 21 & Over
Submission Requirements:
- The Message: The words “World Ocean Day” must appear clearly on your poster.
- Originality: Only original artwork is accepted. AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
- Digital Format: Submissions must be digital (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
- Quality: Files must be clear, high-quality, and at least 800 pixels wide.

We value the rights of our creative community. Here is what you need to know about your submission:
- Ownership: You retain full copyright of your artwork at all times. Rights are not transferred to World Ocean Day or any other organization.
- Usage License: By entering, you grant World Ocean Day a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your work solely for the promotion and marketing of World Ocean Day.
- Integrity: World Ocean Day agrees not to alter or create derivative works from your art without prior written permission.
- Credit: Whenever possible, the artist will be credited as the creator of the work.
